Requirements

• High school education or the equivalent.
• Previous food service and/or hospitality experience preferred.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic and knife skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Calmness in new and stressful situations.
• Ability to lift forty (40) pounds and work on your feet for hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist new and returning guests with a smile.
• Demonstrate attention to detail with food preparation and presentation while crafting sushi, bubble tea, and our other exceptional offerings.
• Become an expert in our Standard Operating Procedures and menus to provide exemplary customer service to every patron.
• Show initiative through cleanliness and adherence to food safety protocols and sanitation standards.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision and professionalism.
• Display the desired Sushi Atarashi culture through embracing our dress code standards, working collaboratively with your team, and achieving shared goals.
• Maintain active verbal and written communication standards with your Management Team.
• Embrace new challenges and opportunities.
