About The Position
As a member of AES Restaurant Group’s Arby’s restaurant team, you help create a positive dining experience for guests. Depending on the restaurant’s needs, you may work as a cashier, at the drive-thru, in front-of-house service, or in the kitchen. You will be trained in crew positions including cashier, drive-thru, and sandwich board. AES aims to offer flexible schedules; applicants can share their preferences for full-time or part-time work, days or nights, and weekends. AES Restaurant Group is based in Northern Indiana and operates Arby’s restaurants across 344 locations in 20 states. The company describes itself as goal-oriented and says employees can develop their skills. Its stated vision is to make AES Restaurant Group the “Premier Restaurant Company.”
Requirements
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
- Ability to stand for 8–10 hours.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, pull, and reach.
- Ability to communicate respectfully in team environments and with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think on your feet, and solve problems.
- Ability to maintain integrity, customer satisfaction, and a positive attitude under pressure.
- Ability to follow processes and procedures for safety and cleanliness.
