About The Position

As a member of the AES Restaurant Group restaurant team, the Team Member helps create a positive dining experience for guests. Team members may work as a cashier, in the drive-thru, at the front of the house, or in the kitchen, and are trained across crew positions including cashier, drive-thru, and sandwich board. AES describes itself as a goal-oriented company where employees can develop their skills. Scheduling may be flexible, with applicants invited to share their preferences for full-time or part-time work, days or nights, and weekends.

Requirements

• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, pull, and reach.

Responsibilities

• Help create a positive dining experience for restaurant guests.

• Learn and perform crew positions, including cashier, drive-thru, and sandwich board.
