Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a quick and courteous manner.
• Provide a pleasant dining experience and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Handle customer complaints according to company policies.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge and provide recommendations.
• Follow sanitary practices for food handling and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, and ordinances.
• Sustain high quality of food preparation and service.
• Maintain professional image through proper uniform and appearance.
• Work effectively with others in a positive, supportive, and cooperative manner.
• Assist other associates with their duties and train new associates.
• Communicate issues and concerns to management in a timely manner.
• Operate point-of-sale equipment and process customer sales accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cash drawer levels in compliance with company policies.
• Receive and stock merchandise according to company policy.
• Ensure stock is faced up, clean, and presentable.
• Apply the FIFO (first in first out) system for receiving and stocking products.
• Remove, record, and quarantine damaged or out-of-date stock.
• Follow portion control and preparation guidelines to minimize loss.
• Maintain control of the store and its contents using prevention techniques to minimize loss.
• Follow company policies for securing the premises at the end of the day.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning walls, counters, tables, kitchen equipment, restrooms, and the parking lot.
• Perform all duties in a safe and responsible manner.
• Comply with all company safety policies, procedures, and instructions.
• Use provided materials handling procedures and equipment to minimize contamination or injury.
• Report any unsafe practices or conditions to management.
