Responsibilities

Greet guests energetically and with a sincere "Hello, welcome to Papa Gino’s/D'Angelo's."
Ensure guests get exactly what they want by politely listening, suggesting items, repeating orders, and being knowledgeable of the menu and ordering system.
Process orders efficiently while bringing a natural, friendly personality to the forefront to make each guest feel special.
Handle credit cards, rewards cards, and cash with focus and precision.
Prepare and present food according to company specifications.
Use equipment, resources, and tools needed to prepare product.
Assist the General Manager in restaurant operations, including scheduling Team Members, assisting with inventory control, cash handling, and training Team Members.
