About The Position

Culver’s is hiring Team Members for a new location in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, expected to open in December 2026. Hired employees can begin training immediately. The role offers an opportunity to build a career while working directly with an independent, family-owned and operated business. Team Members serve customers in a friendly environment and receive training in the skills needed for the job, as well as opportunities to learn business skills from the owners. The advertised pay is $11.50–$17.00 per hour depending on experience and availability, or $13.00–$17.50 per hour for individuals available to work until 11:30 p.m. No prior experience is required. The employer seeks friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers and will teach them the rest.
