About The Position
We’re looking for brilliant Team Members to join our Boston Tea Party team. We can teach you how to make coffee, take an order and carry three plates without disaster. Responsibilities
- Give every guest a warm, genuine welcome.
- Take orders and help people find something they'll love.
- Serve brilliant food and drinks.
- Learn about our menu, coffee and what makes Boston different.
- Keep the café looking great throughout the day.
- Get to know our regulars - and help turn new guests into regulars.
- Jump in and help your teammates when things get busy.
- Learn new skills and take on more as your confidence grows.
- Bring your personality to work.
- Clear tables, load dishwashers, sweep floors and occasionally deal with a spectacularly messy highchair.
