About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is looking for Team Members to join their bakery team. The role involves creating a positive guest experience, promoting the company, ensuring food and beverage quality, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment. The company emphasizes a commitment to work-life balance, with stores closing at 2 PM, allowing employees to avoid evening and night shifts. This position offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers having started as Team Members.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required!
