About The Position

Bruegger's Bagels is seeking Seasonal Team Members for the summer season. As a Team Member, you will be the secret ingredient in our bakery, embodying our brand and creating a positive guest experience. You will be responsible for making guests feel welcomed, ensuring the quality of food and beverages, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are ready to work, have fun, and bring a smile to guests each day. Our stores close by 2 PM, offering a great work-life balance.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required.
