About The Position

Bruegger’s Bagels is seeking Team Members to welcome guests, promote the brand, and create a positive guest experience. Team Members help ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment. The role offers opportunities to grow within the company; many General Managers began as Shift Leaders or Team Members. Stores close at 2 p.m., and the posting states Team Members will not work past 3 p.m.

The position is based at 8706 Pineville-Matthews Road, Suite 100, Charlotte, North Carolina 28226. Physical demands include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours, with or without reasonable accommodations. Duties may change and the description is not all-inclusive.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus, but is not required.
