The Team Member position is a part-time role with evening shift availability. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness and condition, merchandising products, controlling sales and financial transactions, ensuring security, and performing administrative tasks. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, and retail sales experience is preferred. The ability to operate various equipment, perform basic arithmetic, and work as scheduled is essential. Team Members must be able to stand and walk for an entire shift, handle physical demands such as lifting and grasping, and work in various environmental conditions including temperature extremes and occasional noise. This role involves both indoor and outdoor tasks, with a significant portion of work performed indoors.
