About The Position

Noah's New York Bagels is looking for Team Members to join their bakery. Team Members are described as the secret ingredient in the bakery, responsible for promoting the company by creating a positive guest experience. They ensure the quality of food and beverages, and maintain a safe and clean store environment. The company emphasizes work-life balance, with stores closing at 2 PM, meaning no evenings or nights. There are opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers starting as Team Members.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required.
