About The Position
Sundae is looking for a fun, customer service focused candidate to join their tight-knit and hardworking retail team. This is a part-time hourly position with opportunities for growth. Sundae is an established artisan ice cream business with exciting growth opportunities on the horizon and a simple mission: To Share Joy, One Scoop at a Time. Requirements
- Must be 16 or older
- Passionate about customer service
- Evening and weekend availability, required
- Must be available for at least one weekday shift per week (in addition to weekend availability) throughout the fall and winter

Responsibilities
- Serve ice cream with a friendly, helpful attitude and a SMILE!
- Meet daily job expectations such as cleanliness, portion control, service standards, and customer service
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Prepare ice cream toppings and other menu items with guidance
- Accurately describe all product details and menu items
