About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring Team Members to help create a positive guest experience in its bakery. Team Members welcome guests, provide excellent service, ensure the quality of food and beverages, and maintain a safe and clean store environment. The role offers opportunities to grow within the company. Stores close at 2 p.m., and Team Members are not scheduled to work past 3 p.m.

The position requires working varied hours and days as business needs dictate, including early starts (as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant) and weekends. Physical demands include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours; these requirements may be met with or without reasonable accommodations. Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus, but is not required.
