About The Position

Bruegger’s Bagels is hiring Team Members to help create a positive guest experience in its bakery. Team Members welcome guests, promote the brand, provide excellent service, help ensure the quality of food and beverages, and maintain a safe and clean store environment. The role offers opportunities to grow a career, with many General Managers having started as Shift Leaders and Team Members. Stores close at 2 p.m., and the posting states that employees will not have to work past 3 p.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus, but not required.
