About The Position

The ideal candidate will have experience working with pizza ovens, dough preparation, and a passion for creating high-quality pizzas. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of pizzas and related menu items according to company recipes and standards, maintaining cleanliness and food safety, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Show up to work on time with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Prepare pizza, sauces, and toppings according to portion charts.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure quality control on every pizza and menu item before it is served.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage prep work and ensure efficient service.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly.
• Assist with inventory control and waste management.
