Requirements

Ability to greet guests and provide exceptional customer service.
Ability to prepare sandwiches, salads, wraps, smoothies and breakfast items.
Ability to set up and close down deli lines.
Ability to practice portion control and minimize food waste.
Ability to maintain cleanliness in all areas (lobby, lines, dish, and restrooms).
Willingness to perform any other duties as assigned by the Leader.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a fast-casual or deli environment.
Experience with breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.

Responsibilities

Greet Guests and provide exceptional customer service.
Prepare sandwiches, salads, wraps, smoothies and breakfast items.
Set up and close down deli lines.
Practices portion control and keeps food waste to a minimum.
Maintains cleanliness in all areas (lobby, lines, dish, and restrooms) at all times to ensure efficient and safe performance of all duties.
Performs any other duties as assigned by the Leader.
