About The Position

Work with a franchisee of Taco Bell, not Taco Bell Corp. or its affiliates. If hired, the franchisee will be the employee’s only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners and set their own wage and benefit programs, which may vary. The Team Member provides friendly, accurate service to customers, teammates, and managers in the restaurant or drive-thru. The role includes taking and ringing up orders, handling payments, preparing and storing food ingredients, assembling and checking food and beverage orders, packaging products, and keeping work and dining areas clean and safe.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the restaurant or drive-thru.
• Take and ring up customer orders.
• Handle payments and thank customers.
• Prepare and store food ingredients.
• Assemble food and beverage orders, check their accuracy, and package products.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and dining environment.
• Meet customer needs and take steps to resolve food or service issues.
• Work well with teammates and accept coaching from the management team.
• Maintain a clean and tidy appearance and work habits.
• Communicate positively with customers, teammates, and managers.
