About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is looking for motivated individuals to join their team as Oil Change Technicians. No experience is required as they provide paid, on-the-job training. The role involves performing oil changes, checking and refilling vehicle fluids, inspecting and adjusting tire pressure, replacing wiper blades and air filters, performing coolant exchanges, maintaining shop cleanliness, utilizing the Point of Sale System, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfort working in outdoor conditions (hot/cold)
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Change motor oil and oil filters
• Check and refill vehicle fluids
• Inspect and adjust tire pressure
• Replace wiper blades and air filters
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Keep the shop clean and stocked
• Utilize Point of Sale System
• Greet customers as soon as they pull onto the lot
• Deliver excellent customer service from start to finish
