This role involves following all Position Specific Training Processes, putting customer needs first, promoting a positive restaurant culture, and delivering on Pizza Hut Service Principals (Deliver it Fast, Make Food We are Proud to Service, Service with a Smile). The Team Member is responsible for delivering high customer satisfaction results and adhering to all Tasty Hut, LLC and Pizza Hut Brand Standards and Processes, including those related to food, restaurant and driver safety, CHAMPS, Brand Standards, FSSC, and CORE. Daily duties include completing cleaning duties and sidework, providing excellent customer service on telephone calls, cleaning and washing dishes, and assisting with food preparation and Ready 4 Customer Practices. The Team Member must adhere to the Employee Handbook and Policies (Cash Controls, Anti-Harassment, etc.), maintain a professional image and highly ethical conduct as a representative of Tasty Hut, LLC, and exhibit Tasty Hut, LLC Core Values while working daily to fulfill the Mission and Vision. Other duties may be assigned.
