About The Position

The Pizza Hut Team Member learns and takes ownership of all aspects of their position while delivering a positive guest experience every day. The role reports to the Restaurant General Manager, Assistant Restaurant General Manager, or KHM on Duty. Team Members provide customer service, prepare food, maintain cleanliness, and follow Tasty Hut, LLC and Pizza Hut standards, safety practices, and policies.

Requirements

• Passion for customer service.
• Complete Shoulder 2 Shoulder and Learning Zone courses.

Responsibilities

• Follow all position-specific training processes listed on Shoulder 2 Shoulder Training.
• Put customer needs first and promote a positive restaurant culture.
• Deliver on Pizza Hut service principles: deliver quickly, make food to be proud to serve, and provide service with a smile.
• Deliver high customer satisfaction results.
• Follow Tasty Hut, LLC and Pizza Hut brand standards and processes, including food, restaurant, and driver safety, CHAMPS, Brand Standards, FSSC, and CORE.
• Complete daily cleaning duties and sidework.
• Provide excellent customer service on telephone calls.
• Clean and wash dishes.
• Assist with food preparation and Ready 4 Customer practices.
• Adhere to the Employee Handbook and policies, including cash controls and anti-harassment policies.
• Maintain a professional image and highly ethical conduct as a representative of Tasty Hut, LLC.
• Exhibit Tasty Hut, LLC core values and work daily to fulfill its mission and vision.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
