About The Position
This position is accountable for the following KPIs Values: Excellence, Hard work, Stewardship, Difference, and Community. The basic job duties for this position include being knowledgeable on property safety and layouts, what not to wash, and tunnel equipment. You will greet guests, safely guide and load vehicles, use a bug prep gun, remove mud, perform safety inspections, make key adjustments to car wash equipment, and know E-Stop locations. You will handle tunnel incidents effectively and safely, be responsible for the vacuum service process, and participate in the nightly close down checklist. Engage with each guest using the 4 Steps of Service, be knowledgeable on 3 Single Wash packages, and inform all retail guests about Memberships. You will be able to present our Difference, train new Team Members on approved training modules, and aid in member visit success rate. This includes License Plate Recognition/RFID sticker reads, communicating key vehicle information and equipment retracts to the crew, and vacuum area observance for guest satisfaction. You will be knowledgeable on membership management and fluent in the LEAP Conflict Resolution process. You will complete the daily shift report to document shift performance and maintain a clean, organized car wash facility. You will learn how to safely open and close the car wash with leadership, safely use ladders and engage the e-stop while cleaning, and gain backroom safety and equipment knowledge. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety standards, and codes of conduct. Follow Champion safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt, and harsh chemicals. Assist in cleaning the facility which includes the equipment, walls, trench, vacuums, trashcans, and lot. Willing to work in all weather conditions (cold, hot, wet, rain, snow). You will be on your feet 100% of the day and outside. Attend all mandatory training sessions and mandatory team meetings. This role also includes landscaping, weed control, and lot maintenance, and any other duties directed by leadership.
