Implementation of procedures, standards, and tactics to optimize restaurant sales, control costs, and provide a quality guest experience by adhering to quality, cleanliness, and service standards. Team members are responsible for following brand standards, company rules and policies, and job responsibilities as assigned by their supervisor. They strive to deliver a quality guest experience, prepare products that meet brand standards and recipes, maintain their stations in a clean and orderly manner, and assist other team members as needed. Crew members may be trained in multiple positions including front of house, back of house, guest service, or prep and production.
