About The Position

Team Members work in one of several areas supporting Goodwill’s mission: Production, Donations, Sales Floor, or Cashier. Production Associates price donations according to pricing guidelines and goals to maximize funds for the mission. Donation Attendants greet and thank donors, accept donations carefully, and sort donations to keep the production area organized. Sales Floor Associates organize the sales floor, help customers find items, and answer questions about Goodwill and donations. Cashiers build customer relationships, accurately ring up transactions, and let customers know their purchases help someone get a job. The posting advertises a starting rate of $15.40 per hour. Requirements

• One year of retail or production experience is preferred.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of the shift.
• Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.
