About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring Team Members to help create a welcoming, positive experience for bakery guests. Team Members serve as brand ambassadors, provide excellent guest service, ensure the quality of food and beverages, and help maintain a safe and clean store. The role offers opportunities to develop and grow within the company. Stores close at 2 p.m., and Team Members will not work past 3 p.m.

The position requires availability for varied hours and days based on business needs, including early starts (as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant) and weekends. Restaurant, retail, or guest-service experience is a plus but is not required. The physical demands include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours; these tasks may be performed with or without reasonable accommodations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
