About The Position

LV Petroleum is seeking motivated and friendly individuals to join its team as Team Members at its Napoleon, Ohio location. Team Members deliver exceptional service to customers while supporting daily travel-center operations. The role is suited to people who enjoy a fast-paced environment and are committed to excellent service. All shifts are available.

Requirements

Prior customer service, retail, or food-industry experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills and a cheerful demeanor when interacting with customers.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Dependability and a flexible schedule, including availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Familiarity with safety and sanitation practices is appreciated but not necessary.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist them courteously with their needs.
Operate cash registers and process payments accurately.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, fuel stations, and restroom facilities.
Stock shelves, prepare food items, and manage inventory as needed.
Collaborate with team members to support a positive and efficient working environment.
Follow company policies and safety standards to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
