About The Position
Mission Yogurt is hiring a Team Member to join our team at Einstein Bros. Bagels located inside the Denver Airport. We are looking for Team Members with open availability and who enjoy working the afternoon/PM shift from 1/2 pm until 9/10 PM. The Team Member provides excellent customer service while supporting daily operations. This role helps maintain a welcoming, clean environment and supports smooth, accurate guest transactions while delivering efficient food and beverage service through strong teamwork. In this role, you will take orders, run the cash register, work as a barista, line prep, do dishes, and expedite.
Requirements
- Ability to perform in a multi-tasking environment and work creatively with limited resources.
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Delivers superior food and beverage service and maximizes customer satisfaction.
- Contributes to a positive work environment through enthusiasm, dedication, and responsiveness.
- Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
- Availability and willingness to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Prior experience working as a barista.
- Previous experience as a cashier, team member, or in a customer service role.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Must have basic food preparation skills or a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Ensures the safety and security of both guests and team members.
- Craft high-quality beverages while providing friendly, efficient service.
- Accurately handles cash transactions and processes payments using the POS system, making sure the drawer remains balanced throughout the shift.
- Assesses work-related issues in a professional manner and exercises honest, non-biased judgment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
- Address customer concerns and escalate to management if necessary.
- Assist with other front-of-house tasks as needed, including taking orders, answering customer questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Clean and sanitize the cashier area regularly, especially during peak times and after customer transactions, and assist with other small tasks as needed.
- Restock supplies and ensure inventory is well-maintained.
- Make drinks, support on the line with prep and production as well as helping wash the dishes.
