About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring Team Members to help create a welcoming, positive guest experience in its bakery. Team Members serve as brand ambassadors, provide excellent guest service, help ensure the quality of food and beverages, and maintain a safe and clean store environment. The role offers opportunities to grow within the company; many General Managers began as Shift Leaders or Team Members.

The bakery closes at 2 p.m., and the position does not require work past 3 p.m. Team Members may work varied days and hours, including early starts as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant, and weekends. Physical demands include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours, with or without reasonable accommodations. Duties may change and are not necessarily all-inclusive.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus, but not required.
