About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Burger King Team Members. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service, preparing delicious food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Nice To Haves

• Prior food service or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Take customer orders clearly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy and special requests are met.
• Prepare food items according to Burger King standards and recipes, including grilling, frying, and assembling burgers and other menu items.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures as required.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and courteously.
