About The Position

As a member of the AES Restaurant Group restaurant team, the Team Member helps create a positive dining experience for guests. Team Members may work as cashiers, in the drive-thru, at the front of the house, or in the kitchen, and are trained across crew positions such as cashier, drive-thru, and sandwich board. The company aims to offer flexible scheduling; applicants can indicate preferences for full-time or part-time work, days, nights, and weekends. Requirements

Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
Ability to stand for 8–10 hours.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
Ability to bend, squat, twist, pull, and reach.
