Requirements

Positive, high-energy attitude with a genuine customer-first mindset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Proven reliability and punctuality with consistent attendance.
Ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness and ability to quickly learn new skills; prior cashier or food & beverage experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet every customer with a smile, serve up fast, friendly service, and help make every visit awesome.
Learn and rotate through deli, café, bakery, and cashier roles—no two days are the same, and you’ll always be keeping things moving.
Prep food, restock items, and follow simple safety and quality standards so everything looks, smells, and tastes great.
Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting—inside and out—so everyone can enjoy a safe, fun environment.
Support your coworkers, help train new teammates, share ideas, stay in the loop on updates, and celebrate wins together while hitting shift goals.

Overnight Differential: Earn an additional .75¢ per hour between the hours of 10pm-6am.
