About The Position
Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring Team Members to help create a positive guest experience in its bakery. Team Members welcome guests, promote the brand, ensure the quality of food and beverages, and maintain a safe and clean store environment. The role offers opportunities to grow within the company. Stores close at 2 p.m., and Team Members will not work past 3 p.m. The position requires varied hours and days, including early starts and weekends. Physical demands include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours; these tasks may be performed with or without reasonable accommodations. Duties may change, and the description is not all-inclusive.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus but is not required.
