About The Position
Our new Smith's Mill location is opening September 2026! Love ice cream? Love helping people? Then we’ve got a job for you! Graeter’s is looking to grow our team with people who share our passion for giving our customers the BEST. Graeter’s is a fun and exciting 4th generation family-owned company looking for candidates to help us achieve our goal of providing our guests with the best service and products available anywhere, as we have since 1870! Feel free to stop into any of our retail locations and find out what all the excitement is about! A Graeter’s Team Member is responsible for being an ambassador for Graeter’s –someone who can embrace our culture of fun, loves talking to guests, focuses on quality and cleanliness, and can be a part of a fast-paced team environment. We are currently looking for Seasonal, Part-Time, and Full-Time Team Members and Shift Leaders at our locations!
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be able to perform basic math and count cash for register transactions
- Must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions in the use of equipment, methods, processes, and procedures
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Flexibility and strength to load supplies and equipment (around the store and in/out of vehicles)
- Ability to stand on your feet for prolonged periods (4+ hours)
- Capable of scooping hard ice cream on a repetitive basis
