About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring Team Members to help create a positive guest experience in its bakery. Team Members welcome guests, promote the brand, provide excellent service, ensure the quality of food and beverages, and help maintain a safe and clean store environment. The role offers opportunities to develop and grow within the company. Stores close at 2 p.m., and employees are not scheduled to work past 3 p.m. Scheduling may include early mornings and weekends.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to work varied hours and days as business needs dictate, including early hours (as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus but is not required.
