The Team Member’s primary responsibility is to help enhance guest service inside the venue, to include great guest service, upselling ancillary experiences, photos, and merchandise to our visitors. This role requires working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment with high guest traffic. The Team Member will be expected to work in a variety of positions, including ticketing, retail, and inside the show, and may need to work in character when inside the exhibition, speaking at an elevated volume to large groups of guests. Collaboration with fellow team members is essential to ensure a neat and presentable exhibition, being mindful of the guest’s line of sight. The role also involves assisting with inventory processes and training new staff.
