About The Position

The Associate role at Whistle Express is a hands-on, fast-moving position working on the lot, in the wash tunnel, and at the vacuum station. Team Members guide guests through the wash experience, help keep the site operating smoothly, and contribute to a positive customer experience. The work is physical and active, with employees working outdoors in varying weather. No experience is required; a structured 60-day certification program provides training.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional customer service.
Support sales and membership growth by following consistent processes and providing knowledgeable guidance.
Assist with member sign-ups, account changes, and account management.
Follow company pricing and discount policies.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized wash area.
Help prepare vehicles, including identifying preexisting conditions.
Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.
Communicate operational issues to team members and management.
Engage professionally with customers to support a positive experience and encourage Google reviews.
Manage member accounts, including cancellations, plan changes, and overall member experience.
Stock and organize detail centers and maintain inventory accuracy.
Empty trash cans and maintain clean work areas.
Check vacuum stations for clogs and empty canisters.
Perform general site upkeep, including trash pickup, weed removal, and other maintenance tasks.
Maintain professional conduct and adhere to uniform standards.
Perform opening and closing duties.
Clean and maintain the tunnel for safe and efficient operations.
Prepare towels and other materials needed for daily operations.
