About The Position

We are actively searching for a friendly person to join our Team. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling. A Day in the Life of a Batteries Plus Customer Service Associate: Don't expect the same boring routine in this position. You get to do it all - repairing phones & tablets, helping customers, rebuilding battery packs, programming key fobs & cutting keys, and much more. You will interact with a variety of people - from the individual cell phone user, to the big business in need of specialized lighting, to small business owners looking for the best source to power their fleet of vehicles. Training provided to use computer system, repair battery packs, replace batteries on small items like watches and key fobs, install auto batteries and more. Advanced training and raises available for Device Repair Certification - to replace batteries and broken screens in phones and tablets; also to cut & program smart keys, and more. Strong potential to grow into full-time employment.
