About The Position

Bruegger's Bagels is looking for Team Members to join their bakery. Team Members are described as the secret ingredient to the bakery, responsible for creating a positive guest experience and promoting the company. They ensure quality of food and beverages, and maintain a safe and clean store environment. The role offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers having started as Team Members.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required!

• Make sure every guest feels welcomed from the minute they walk in.
• Promote the company by creating a positive guest experience.
• Provide excellent guest service by ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve.
• Keep a safe and clean store environment.
