Responsibilities

Greet every customer in a quick and courteous manner.
Provide a pleasant dining experience and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
Handle customer complaints according to company policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain product knowledge and provide customer recommendations.
Follow sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, and ordinances.
Sustain consistent high quality of food preparation and service.
Maintain a professional image by adhering to proper uniform and appearance standards.
Work effectively with others in a positive, supportive, and cooperative manner.
Assist other associates with their duties and train new associates.
Communicate issues and concerns to management in a timely manner.
Operate point-of-sale equipment and process customer sales accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cash drawer levels in compliance with company policies.
Receive and stock merchandise according to company policy.
Ensure stock is faced up, clean, and presentable at all times.
Apply the FIFO (first in first out) system for receiving and stocking products.
Remove, record, and quarantine damaged or out-of-date stock.
Follow portion control and preparation guidelines to minimize loss.
Maintain control of the store and its contents using prevention techniques to minimize loss.
Follow company policies and procedures for securing the premises at the end of the day.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning walls, counters, tables, kitchen and service equipment.
Clean the customer service area by removing trash, cleaning restrooms, and the parking lot.
Perform all duties in a safe and responsible manner.
Comply with all company safety policies, procedures, and instructions.
Use provided materials handling procedures and equipment to minimize contamination or injury.
Report any unsafe practices or conditions to management and follow safety initiatives.
