About The Position
Little Caesars Team Member Join Our Team in Hawaii! We're looking for energetic, customer-focused Team Members to join our Little Caesars team across Oahu. Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years old
- Valid work permit required for team members under 18 years of age
- Current TB clearance as required by State of Hawaii regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a shift
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Ability to safely handle and prepare food products
- Ability to distinguish products by appearance, smell, and taste as necessary to perform essential job functions
Nice To Haves
- Previous food service, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience
- High school diploma, currently attending school, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, tablets, smartphones, and basic computer applications
- Cash handling experience
- Knowledge of food service or retail operations
Responsibilities
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Preparing, cooking, and serving quality food products
- Maintaining high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation
- Working collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Operating cash registers and handling transactions accurately
- Assisting with food preparation, stocking, and restaurant organization
- Supporting daily restaurant operations as needed
- Performing other duties as assigned
