About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is looking for Team Members to join their bakery. Team Members are described as the secret ingredient to the bakery's success, setting the brand apart with their personalities. The role involves creating a positive guest experience, ensuring the quality of food and beverages, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. The company emphasizes a commitment to work-life balance, with stores closing by 2 PM, allowing employees to avoid evening and night shifts. Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required.
