About The Position

Bruegger’s Bagels is seeking Team Members to create positive guest experiences and promote the brand. Team Members welcome guests, provide excellent service, help ensure the quality of food and beverages, and maintain a safe and clean store environment. The role offers opportunities to develop and grow a career; many General Managers began as Shift Leaders or Team Members.

Stores close at 2 p.m., and Team Members will not work past 3 p.m. Schedules are flexible but may include varied days and hours, early starts as early as 3 a.m. depending on the restaurant, and weekends. The work involves intermittently sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving, with or without reasonable accommodations. Duties may change and this description is not all-inclusive.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 a.m. depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus, but not required.
