About The Position

At Bruegger’s, we’ve been kettle cooking our bagels and serving tradition you can taste for over 35 Years! The company is committed to serving genuine, New York-style bagels and real, made-in-Vermont cream cheese, and also to work-life balance for its team, with stores closing at 2pm. The Team Member role is for individuals ready to work, have fun, and bring a smile to guests daily. Team Members are considered the secret ingredient in the bakery, with their personalities setting the company apart. A Team Member ensures every guest feels welcomed, acts as a brand ambassador by creating a positive guest experience, provides excellent guest service by ensuring food and beverage quality, and maintains a safe and clean store environment. The position offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers having started as Shift Leaders and Team Members.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
