Responsibilities
- Prepare and present food according to company specifications.
- Use equipment, resources, and tools needed to prepare product.
- Greet guests energetically and with a sincere "Hello, welcome to Papa Gino’s/D'Angelo's."
- Politely listen to guests, suggest items, repeat back their order, and be knowledgeable of the menu and ordering system.
- Process orders efficiently.
- Handle credit cards, rewards cards, and cash with focus and precision.
- Assist the General Manager in restaurant operations, including scheduling Team Members, assisting with inventory control, cash handling, and training Team Members.
