About The Position

Bruegger’s Bagels is seeking Team Members to create a positive guest experience and represent the brand. Team Members welcome guests, help ensure the quality of food and beverages, and maintain a safe and clean store environment. The role is suited to people who enjoy working in a fast-paced setting and making guests’ mornings. The company describes opportunities for career growth, noting that many General Managers began as Shift Leaders and Team Members. Stores close at 2 p.m., and employees will not be scheduled to work past 3 p.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus, but is not required.
