About The Position

We operate restaurants in the Boston/Cambridge area and a Commissary Kitchen in Cambridge. We are looking for individuals who share our passion for food and find joy in hard work within a team setting. We are currently hiring Team Members who are available on weekends and can work until 12:30 am.

Requirements

  • Ability to prepare delicious food and drinks (sandwiches, platters, fries, soda).
  • Ability to prepare (washing, chopping) delicious veggies and other food for each station.
  • Ability to use Clover-guide (our version of order-taking).
  • Willingness to taste food to ensure quality.
  • Ability to be friendly, polite, and helpful with customers and team members.
  • Commitment to representing Clover’s values and mission through hard work.
  • Ability to use electronic systems, such as tablets and our POS systems.
  • Ability to clean stations and bathrooms, wash dishes, and maintain the ‘Clover Clean’ standard.
  • Able to stand for prolonged periods of time, and repeated walking, bending, stretching and occasional lifting (up to 50lbs), with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Able to work a varied schedule that includes night and weekends.
  • A desire to learn, grow, and have fun.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare delicious food and drinks (sandwiches, platters, fries, soda).
  • Prepare (washing, chopping) vegetables and other food for each station.
  • Take orders using Clover-guide (our version of order-taking).
  • Ensure the quality of food, which includes occasional tasting.
  • Be friendly, polite, and helpful with customers and team members.
  • Represent Clover’s values and mission through hard work.
  • Use electronic systems, such as tablets and our POS systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness of stations and bathrooms, wash dishes, and uphold the ‘Clover Clean’ standard.
  • Stand for prolonged periods, engage in repeated walking, bending, stretching, and occasionally lift up to 50lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Work a varied schedule that includes nights and weekends.
