About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is looking for Team Members to join their bakery team. The role involves ensuring every guest feels welcomed, promoting the company by creating a positive guest experience, and maintaining the quality of food and beverages. Team Members are considered the secret ingredient to the bakery's success, with their personalities setting the brand apart. The company emphasizes a commitment to work-life balance, with stores closing at 2 PM, ensuring employees don't miss personal events. Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required.

• Provide excellent guest service by ensuring the quality of food and beverages.
