About The Position

Welcome to the Misleh Family Restaurants! Skyline Chili of Maineville (US-22) is looking for passionate, energetic individuals to join their team as Team Members. This role offers opportunities for both part-time and full-time employment. Team Members are responsible for providing an uplifting and unique service experience to guests in an enthusiastic, friendly, outgoing, fun, wholesome, clean, and safe manner. While hired for a primary position (Server, Drive-Thru, and/or Production), team members may be asked to assist in other roles and cross-training is desirable.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age and possess all documents and permits required by law.
Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching and lifting.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. This can include cases, service trays, spaghetti lugs, bus tubs, trash cans, and any other item up to that weight several times per shift.
Ability to follow all health and safety laws, policies and procedures.
Frequent hand washing is required.
Follows all required procedures outlined in Skyline Chili’s cash handling policy.
Possess basic reading, writing, math and computer skills.
Displays professional and appropriate image and appearance.
Outgoing and willing to serve the public in a positive manner.
Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and pleasant manner.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Nice To Haves

Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide Skyline Time service to guests in an enthusiastic, friendly, outgoing, fun, wholesome, clean and safe manner.
Assist in fulfilling other position duties as needed and be cross-trained in each duty.
Responsible for dining room and/or counter service to guests (Server).
Communicate food order to Production Team Members (Server).
Process guest orders to ensure that all items are prepared properly and on a timely basis (Server).
Prepare and deliver beverages, silverware, crackers and food (Server).
Observe guest-dining experience, respond to additional guest needs, give guest check, and clear table (Server).
Deliver drive-thru service to guests (Drive-Thru).
Ring in orders and ensure that all items are prepared properly and within drive-thru standards (Drive-Thru).
Prepare and deliver beverages, serviceware, condiments and food, ensuring order is bagged properly (Drive-Thru).
Respond to any additional guest needs and cash guest out (Drive-Thru).
Prepare food orders quickly and according to standard recipes to ensure quality and avoid waste (Production).
Communicate with other Production & Server Team Members to expedite guest food orders (Production).
Follow all health and safety laws, policies and procedures.
Follow all required procedures outlined in Skyline Chili’s cash handling policy.
