Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Take customer orders and ensure accuracy and efficiency in order taking.
• Prepare food items such as burgers, fries, and other menu offerings according to Burger King's standards and recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and other restaurant areas.
• Stock and restock inventory, including food products, condiments, and supplies.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
