About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring Team Members to help create a welcoming, positive guest experience in its bakery. Team Members promote the brand, provide excellent guest service, help ensure the quality of food and beverages, and maintain a safe and clean store environment. The role offers opportunities to develop and grow a career; many General Managers began as Shift Leaders or Team Members.

The bakery emphasizes work-life balance and states that stores close at 2 p.m. Team Members will not be scheduled to work past 3 p.m. Schedules may include varied days and hours, including early starts as early as 3 a.m. depending on the restaurant, and weekends.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours as early as 3 a.m. depending on the restaurant, and weekends.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus but is not required.
